Carlos Condit speaks to the media after his knockout of Martin Kampmann

Carlos Condit: A

Condit overcame a tough first round and decimated a very good fighter in Martin Kampmann. Condit may be one of the most aggressive and diversified strikers in the entire UFC, and is probably a fight or two away from another title shot—particularly if Johnny Hendricks is able to defeat Georges St. Pierre in November.

Rafael dos Anjos: B+

Dos Anjos made the leap from talented prospect to full-blown contender after his decisive decision victory over Donald Cerrone. The Brazilian is quickly making a name for himself in the lightweight division and may already be on the short list for title contention in the 155lb division.

Donald Cerrone: C

‘Cowboy’ Cerrone has not looked the same since his one-sided loss to Nate Diaz. The Greg Jackson trained fighter has gone 3-3 over his last six bouts, and is firmly stuck in the middle of the pack in the 155lb division. Cerrone has the skills to be an elite fighter, but there seems to be something holding him back.

Martin Kampmann: D

Martin Kampmann is an excellent fighter, so there is not shame in losing to the monster that is Carlos Condit. However, the game plan to try and wrestle Condit may have backfired as the Danish fighter tired himself out by constantly going for takedowns early in the fight. The main takeaway from this fight is simply that Carlos Condit improved much more than Martin Kampmann did since their first bout in 2009.
