I don't think that this is even news worthy and it headlined our sports page in the Reno Gazette.
We all know he lied. And how long ago was that? Let's just hold off until he breaks the ALL-TIME Home-Run record. It would be bad for baseball if Barry didn't have his chance to do that. What would all of the guys in their little boats do for the rest of the season?
This is a man they built an entire stadium around. A man that could do and say whatever he wanted and still got to play ball.
I can't stand Barry. Never could. And for him to beat the record was mediocre news for me. He took that title away from a man that juiced with scotch and a cigar after a win or two.
So here it goes.
Throw him to the dogs!! Make an example out of him. I can't think of a better person for that to happen to.
And we wonder why he isn't a DH for a team right now!!
Look, we already got rid of one Barry (sorry Zito, but you just suck right now. JESUS!!) so the rumors about the A's picking him up are just plain silly to me. If anyone needs him it's the Yankees. They will pick up anyone for any amount of money to win some games.
So, that is my prediction. If Bonds doesn't get fined and thrown out of baseball, he will be in the line-up for the N.Y. Yankees.
But indite him or STFU already!!
