Rural mental-midget? I just graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration and Financial Planning. I also was somehow able to pass the General Teaching certification test in addition to the business education and intermediate mathematics. I also have never lived in a rural area ever. I have lived in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Tulsa, and Norman, OK. and if you think those are rural towns then I feel sorry for you.
