However, now we know which team the top cornerback talent of the 2014 class will be joining to play his college football-- the USC Trojans.

Jackson's decision was rather unpredictable. Over the past week or so, various outlets would suggest that USC was the favorite. Then someone would say that he preferred LSU. Then others would proclaim that Florida's track program would lead him to Gainesville.

All of that is irrelevant now though as new USC head coach Steve Sarkisian has an incredible talent to work with in the future, as Jackson should prove to be a big-time playmaker both at the cornerback position and on special teams.

With assistant coach Tee Martin doing the majority of the recruiting on Jackson, there's been talk that he could also play the wide receiver position. How that will unfold remains to be seen.

There's no doubt that Jackson is Sarkisian's crowning jewel of National Signing Day.

While USC continues to load up on high-quality talent, Jackson will be the player from this class that draws the most intrigue heading into the 2014 season.
