Alabama Coach Scott Cochran Predicts Georgia Bulldogs Blackout Will Be A "MF'n Funeral"
Just Another Reason You Can't Miss Alabama-Georgia On Saturday Night

There's only one way to follow up a Dancing with the Stars clip: with some serious college football rivalry trash talk.

3rd ranked Georgia hosts 8th ranked Alabama on Saturday night between the hedges. That's enough to get you jacked up for a big SEC showdown, but throw in the fact that both teams are in the top 10 in rushing defense and as physical as any in the country and you've got yourself a clear the schedule, can't-miss game of the year.

So why not throw a little more fuel onto the fire. The Sporting Blog (via Georgia Sports Blog) has dug up this clip of Alabama assistant coach Kirby Smart Scott Cochran firing up the Crimson Tide during warmups. Of note, you'll want to pay particular attention to his comment just after the 1:00 mark. It goes something like this:

"They're wearing black because they are going to a motherf---ing funeral."

Five years ago this would have been only heard from the Crimson Tide. But thanks to 24/7 coverage of college football and this here blogosphere, you can expect this to be printed in big bold letters in the Dawgs locker room.

Speaking of the Geogia Blackout, I actually think the concept is much more profound than the  Penn State WhiteOut. What do you think?

No no no no no NO  NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO BULLETIN BOARD MATERIAL!!!!

It was actually the strength and conditioning coach, Scott Cochran.

I know it's football practice and you get jacked up to play and shout at each other, but wait until the cameras leave, please.  Saban allows only about 30-45 minutes of "media time" at practices.  I'm sure Cochran could have held his tongue a little longer.

I guess if you have to fire up your players with this kind of thing more power to you.  I am just glad their are big meaningful games being played in by the Tide again.  Like him or not Nick Saban has brought energy and enthusiasm back to Tuscaloosa.
