During his '60 Minutes' interview with Katie Couric Alex Rodriguez made it known that he no longer speaks with agent Scott Boras.

According to Variety and MLB Trade Rumors, A-Rod has canned his agent in favor of Guy Oseary, who has been more well know for his entertainment clients.
"As I embark on this new chapter in my career, I know that I have found in Guy Oseary someone who is aligned with my interests and who has earned a lot of respect in the entertainment industry," Rodriguez said in a statement.We know what Boras's interests were and Alex Rodriguez $300 million contract comes as a result. While I applaud A-Rod for ditching a guy I believe is bad for baseball, it's comes at an easy time to do so after already fulfilling his monetary needs.
