There can't be a worse feeling in Olympic sports -- well, OK, maybe this Hungarian knows -- than what Alicia Sacramone had to endure last night.

Team USA Women's Gymnastics was having a steller team event, hanging right with the favored Chinese until Sacramone went the balance beam and failed miserably at her routine. She followed that up with more falling in the floor routine, and as a whole, Team USA fell apart. Given how well China performed, it may not have matter if Sacramone nailed perfect score after perfect score, but nonetheless, not many worse feelings that depriving your teammates of a gold medal and then having a camera stuck in your face.

That's OK though, Alicia still gets a perfect score from me. Seeing as how 'Alicia Sacramone is Hot' is a top search today, I'm guessing the rest of the world agrees. She's a rare breed for a gymnist: of age, curvacious, and did I mention of age.

Not to mention, a current study at Brown University, she'd make an excellent study partner.

After last night, Alicia's going to want to punch herself in the face this time around. That's OK, though, she's forgiven in our books.

Ah, let's just see how those Chinese female gymnasts do in London in 2012, when they're all 16 & 17 years old......wait.........ummmmm..................WHAT ??!!

Even though the Chinese women won the Gold, which frankly I think they deserved, there's no way that entire team was at least 16 years old. Heck, one of them was 20 (?), and I bet their AVERAGE age wasn't 16 !

Also, I wish I had a girlfriend years ago named "Nastia"......ohhhhhh, the possibilities !!!

1	Does anyone else have to fight the urge to call her Alicia Sac? Ok, maybe its just me, and maybe I watched to much Sopranos even thought the last few seasons kinda sucked... Oh well..

Yeah the USA Team dug their own grave, but had they not, China wouldn't have won that easy, if at all.This is why I hate sports that are judged rather than timed or point sports.

I agree. she may have had a bad ending, but she helped get them there. I hope some day she forgives herself.. I also hope she comes out later this week and NAILS her routine in the individual event final. It will not erase the memories, but I would like to see her end with some great memories as well.

as for looks.. yes, she is attractive and of age.. actually, this year, we got 3 of women who can claim that from the gymnastics team who performed, which must be of great relief for people who are of a similiar mindset of not wanting to be "pervy"... Alicia, Chellsie Memmel (20 years old), and Nastia Liukin.

I gotta say that you are gonna get flak for that! I think Nastia Liukin is VERY pretty! I wish I knew the other pretty blonde that didn't compete cuz of an ankle injury....I think she is great looking too. Now you gotta admit that Chelsie Memmell and Alicia Sacramone are hott! I do anyway. And like I said, as for Shawn Johnson, that girl is cute now. Just give her a few years once she is in college....that girl is gonna be a total KNOCKOUT!!

You've probably never competed on a high level then! Everyone has a bad day ... whether it's in big days or small ... the Finals in the Olympics is not where anyone wants to fail, but it happens.

Hate her if you want ... but that's just childish! Who else was more qualified to be in her spot?? Any poker player in Vegas would've put her money on her. Anyone who'd have put her money on another gal I'd love to sit a poker table with ................... because the odds say I'd be a rich man!!
