Baby Drinking A Beer with Dad - Good Call!

Tennessee Parenting Skills Continue To Be A Step Above the Rest
by CriticalFanatic

One of the prouder moments of my life was when I first had a couple beers with my dad before a Spartan football game. I won't mention how old I was, but well below legal age.

What I can tell you, is that I was definitely a lot older than this kid.

A great week in parenting continues. WDEF's Rick Nyman - formerly of Phillip Wellman fame - captures video of this baby just chillin' at a minor league baseball game, drinking a beer. Of course, the beer appears empty, but still.

By the way, notice how the mascot watches the kid tilt the beer bottle back and then, since this is Tennessee, does nothing about it. Carry on, little man.

Also this past weekend, two fine parents in New York just had to get their horse racing bet on, so they left their infant outside the OTB with the car running. The mom in defense, argued "but we left the heat on."

This beer loving dad has the early lead for Tennesse father of the year, but he's got some tough competition if he plans to top last year's winner Daniel Young. He of the the robbing a bank with son in tow variety.

I've never seen a bank with aisles of candy and pop before.

Then you aren't going to the right bank/candy store.

They have banks in every grocery store, I just didn't realize that's what it was.  How much money did the redneck expect to get from there?  When you're crazy enough to use a baby as a prop, go for the biggest vault in the biggest bank.

That's not even his baby.  The kid is wearing Bama' Crimson Tide colors.

Is it me or did it look like this was not this kids first beer? Also I am going to lay 3/1 odds that this kid will have "My First Beer Bong, from Whammo!"

As for the OTB parents, we should be happy that the parents did not bet the child.

With still more than 6 months left in the year I have faith or fear (I am leaning toward fear) that there will be something worse.

As for the Bank Robbing Father and Son, hey even though it is a felony you have to happy that they are at least doing something together.
