Barack Obama Has The UNC Basketball Team Vote Locked Up
by 100%InjuryRate

Barack Obama may not be able to bowl, but he can ball. Or at least he used to be able to - here's a clip from his high school days. It's a little harder now that he's 46. Regardless, the man who would be king took to the court today to battle the North Carolina Tar Heels in a pickup game since he's in town for the North Carolina primary.

Luckily Wonkette managed to snag some pictures of the senator in action. Let's take a quick look.

Hansbrough better have sent this shot into the 15th row. Otherwise, he has no chance in hell of ever making it as a pro.

Obama is the living reincarnation of Steve Nash. Except he's not Canadian or as good as Steve Nash, and Nash isn't technically dead yet. But other than that, they're more or less identical.

Roy Williams looks like he's getting the healthcare reform speech. Either that or he's reliving the nightmare of losing to Kansas in the tournament.

Anyway, Obama didn't score any points, but he almost made a few baskets. Just judging by the photos, I think Obama could easily be a starter for the Miami Heat. Dwyane Wade can use all the help he can get.

UPDATE: We now have video. And Hansbrough didn't block that shot. He'll suck in the NBA.

Some guys I know at Carolina are saying that Obama should be the starting point guard next year with everyone leaving.

I'd settle for him as President.

I'd been more impressed if he had traveled a few miles down the road to take on the Duke LaCrosse Team...

The next day, President Bush played and UNC was docked 15 scholarships and put on probation for 5 years.

Indiana, North Carolina, and Kentucky are the next primaries.  If this race was based on just basketball  skills he'd have this thing in the bag for sure.

If picking a President was based on basketball ability, then Bill Bradley would have became President in 2000 instead of George W. Hmm...Looking back, it looks like we dropped the ball on that one...  (I kid, I kid)
