Last night during the game thread, I became aware for the first time that a few fans don't like Bill Raftery. We're not friends.

I love me some Raf.

Last night Bill was at his finest and Awful Announcing came through with a highlight tape of Raftery gems.

Most notably, the quote of the tournament thus far:

Verne: "The answer is take it off, get rid of it."
Raf: "Late at night, I favor that myself."

Who can blame the man? I was equally amused that Lundquist decided to just ignore the thought. This in addition to many early onions!, just plain onions!!, and even big time onions!!! and it was all anyone could ask for. Well, that is until Gus Johnson tonight.
