Coincidence or not, there are some huge NBA games early this week before the NCAA Tournament starts.
Boston began a three-game road trip in San Antonio last night, unfortunately they failed to show up until the second half. Maybe they were taking that first half off to rest up for Houston? In any event, the Celtics played excellent defense and grabbed most of the rebounds to get back into the game and win.
The good news: This was without Ray Allen. The better news: combined Celtics point guard production equalled 37 points, 3 stl, 3 ast, 11 reb. If they can start getting something in that ballpark from Rajon Rondo and Sam Cassell they're the best team in the NBA.
Now it's on to Houston and the 22-game winning streak. I think it ends tonight. You?
