The Canadian Football League is a bit of an oddity. The field is like 120 yards long and I believe it's also 15 yards wider than an NFL field. And, if memory serves me correctly, there's a moat at mid-field.

Anyway, the CFL is also home to a number of NFL washouts, like Isaac Bruce's brother, Arland. And naturally, when you're in a league that literally no one cares about except Canadians, you might try and go that extra mile to get yourself noticed beyond just the Great White North.

And if that means doing a lame imitation of Chad Ocho Cinco or TO, so much the better.

Yep, in a recent CFL game, Arland Bruce decided that the best way to celebrate a touchdown would be to put on a Spider Man mask and prance around the end zone. Frankly, it would have been a lot better had it not taken him half-a-minute to get the damn mask on, but whatever.

Naturally, the CFL fined Bruce for his actions, but I hope he decides to try and do another super hero. I'm thinking the Invisible Man would be good.

HEY Boski93, Have you ever watched a CFL game in your life time. because if u have you would know that in Canada you only get 3 downs not 4 downs like in the NFL. And your saying it's a league for NFL washouts look at who has come to Canada played in the CFL and gone back and made the NFL again such as the following Doug Flutie, Rocket Ishmail, oh and Ricky Williams. oh and don't blame the metric system the yards aren't do that way give your head a shake. IN CANADA WE GIVE OUT THE SAME CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY EVERY YEAR AND THE GREY CUP HAS BEEN AROUND A LOT LONGER THAN THE SUPER BOWL . THIS YEAR WILL BE THE 96th GREY CUP FINAL , WHAT'S THE NFL AT LIKE SUPER BOWL 42

I am cognizant that the CFL uses yards, teams have only 3 downs, 12 men a side, motion toward the line of scrimmage and the defense must be a yard off the ball. Look, I do appreciate the CFL. It's football isn't? Lastly, my university produced two of the greatest CFL'ers (Cal State Fullerton - Mike Pringle and Damon Allen) so I am not going to mock what little football tradition my university had since it stopped playing D 1 football in '92.
