Weekly look ahead at the college football weekend favorable odds ...
EDSBS has exclusive footage of Florida's secret gameplan this week for Kentucky. Everywhere you looked there's a Tebow! What a juggernaut that would be, but unfortunately there's only so much Tebow to go around.
Florida is favored by 7 points, which might seem like a lot to most of you. Actually, I'd take the Gators and the points here. I predicted Kentucky would beat a top ranked team at home, but I was a week off. No way the Wildcats can maintain the same level of intensity two weeks in a row. Time for a minor reality check in Lexington.
South Florida (-2.5) at Rutgers
Scarlet Knights struggled with a good and fast Bearcats defense. The Bulls are faster and better. Take South Florida.
Louisville (-3.5) at Connecticut
Cardinals are slowly getting their confidence back. They still suck on defense, but it'll be enough to stop the Huskies on a few possessions. Take UL.
Mississippi State (+23) at West Virginia
Bulldogs might not score too often, but I give Croom's defense enough credit that they'll keep this to under 3 touchdowns. Take Miss St.
*potential bias* Michigan State (+17) at Ohio State
I wouldn't heed my advice when the Spartans come into play, but this seems like a lot of points. Particularly with Mark Dantonio being very familiar with all things Ohio State. Michigan State beat #1 Ohio State in 1998 (yours truly was present) with a late interception and several turnovers. On the Spartans defensive staff that year was Dantonio. It'll be close in C-Bus. Take the Spartans.
Auburn (+10.5) at LSU
Just because Auburn's DC Will Muschamp scares me (strong language and awesomeness warning). Take War Eagle.
