Double Alley-Oop > Alley-Oop

Often times, I sit around and ask myself important questions, like how can we make alley-oops even more awesome? Yes, they're great, but is it possible that they could be made even greater? Or possibly even greaterest? The answer, it seems, is yes. Hell yes.

Here's Ike Nwamu and Deuce Bello of Westchester Country Day School pulling off the rare double alley-oop, while humiliating a dude in the process.

One small step for man, one giant step for basketball awesomeness.

By the way, if I don't see a pair of NBA players do this tonight on TV, I'll never watch a pro game again. I mean, if high school kids are doing double alley-oops, I should get at least triple backflip dunks by the pros - while on fire. Really, I'm not asking for much.

A play like this needs it's own nickname, like:

- Double Trouble
- Abbott & Costello
- Slama-Lama-Ding-Dong
- Goose & Maverick
- Doe-Ray-Mee
- Sky High

I mean, why the term 'Alley Oop' to begin with ??

That's not as hard as it looks.  It's an easy way to get 20,000 pts on NBA Street.
