I do enjoy the Duke-North Carolina rivalry as much as the next guy, but I still struggle in caring too much about the result. Fortunately, this video that went around last March captures why I always side with the lighter shade of blue. (NSFW, but if you're at work right now you suck more than Duke)

It seems there's never been a meaningless game in this rivalry and this falls right in line. ACC championship and more importantly, a lead on the 1-seed in the East and essentially home court throughout the first two weekend of the tournament.

In game one I fully believe that if Ty Lawson were healthy the Tar Heels would have won despite Duke's ridiculous shooting effort. Can they now go into Cameron and win? I think so.

Get ready for a Wayne Ellington wave of threes and Pyscho T dominating in the post. As always though, it'll be close.

Tell me that Ty isn't a factor and tell me that Carolina can't play D. Ty made, with Green, all the big plays when dook regained the lead and thirteen blocks tonight.

I was going to wait until there was some write up on Saturday's college basketball action, but I decided to type it in here where most people won't even notice it.

Coach K and dook decided to have everyone wear those ribbons to honor Jason and Eve which is a lovely gesture. All analyst wore it, all Cameron Crazies wore it, the UNC staff wore it, why the hell didn't Coach K and his staff wear the ribbons?

Classless if you ask me.

It was their idea to honor both Jason and Eve's death. If it were Coach Williams or someone else who thought of the idea then I wouldn't even bring it up.

I don't have any stats to back this up, but I've got to believe that Hansbrough shoots the ball 99% of the time he touches it. He could have Bill Walton, Mutumbo, and Manute Bol triple teaming him and he's putting up the shot, damn it!
