Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow, the blogging today will have a Thanksgiving theme. Instead of just telling you about Ron Artest's must-watch video blog, I'm going to tell you how thankful I am for the opportunity to see Ron Artest put his thoughts on Youtube.
Ron talks about a myriad of interesting topics, including how he found out that OJ Mayo is ready for the NBA, how bad he sucked in their last game, college football playoffs, and how upset he is that clubs aren't letting him in with his baggy jeans.
Ron Artest is pure genius. Some highlights:
"I also like OJ Mayo, he got NBA game. At first I thought he was a little too short, you know, to get it done at the shooting guard position. But when he hit me with like 3 jumpers in my face, I'm like, this kid is ready."
"I sold 343 units, first week, about 3 years ago. That was unsuccessful, but successful for me. What I need you the fans to do, is help me to sell 344 units, first week, so I can shut all the haters up. Everybody said 'no, he only sold 343 units the first week.' Alright, this time I sold 344, so what you gonna hate about now?"
"I will not wear tight jeans just to get into your club. And I blame it on the people who's dealing with it, and putting up with this, and it's messing it up for people who's just trying to dress regular. Since when has it not been cool to be hood?"
