Greg Paulus Tea-Bag Chant From Virginia Tech Fans
Greg Paulus Gets The Business From The Virginia Tech Faithful
Yesterday Duke wound up beating Virginia Tech at Tech, but it didn't come easy. Well, at least for Greg Paulus it didn't come easy. Heading to the line for free throw attempts late in the game, Paulus was met with, well, quite an interesting chant from the Tech faithful.

I like how the ESPN announcers bravely soldiered on talking about what a rough year Paulus has had, all while "TEA-BAG PAULUS!!!" gets yelled over and over again in the background. Yes, it's been a rough year, to say the least.

As you probably know, this chant is thanks to Deron Washington tea-bagging Paulus twice in one game last year. Although, getting tea-bagged in something Paulus is quite used to, as this video of him getting mercilessly dunked on proves.

My friends in the college coaching community were shocked that Paulus chose basketball only, one said "that's like McNabb or Curry deciding to concentrate on basketball in college."  From a top HS QB to a top college hoops poster victim, he's seen more packages than the sorters for Fed Ex on December 24th.

Deron Washington ascended to God-status with that game.

The first sentence of the story is the most important sentence of the story.

Yeah he was quite a good high school QB. Obviously we don't know how he would have done in college, but it can't have gone any worse than his hoops career did.

Paulus would have seen packages-- blitz packages-- as a QB at Duke.

Actually if he had chosen football Syracuse, Rutgers B.C or Penn State were at the top of his list.

Is that spelled right?
Isn't there only one 'n', and an 'h' after the 'w'?
