Joe Biden now owes the Rays Baseball Foundation one dollar. While campaigning for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign, he said that Barack Obama was unable to make an appearance because he was grieving his recently defeated White Sox, who were eliminated from the playoffs at the hands of the Rays.

"You know, Barack wanted to be here today. But after what your Devil Rays did to the Chicago White Sox, he just couldn't do it"

Hey Joe, it's the Rays. They dropped the "Devil" and exorcised their demons before the season started. The DEVIL Rays were 30-44 against the White Sox in their history. After dropping the "Devil", the Rays went 6-4 against the White Sox in the regular season, and beat them 3-1 in the ALDS.
