As I'm sure most of you are aware, many NBA teams traditionally have their rookies perform menial tasks for veterans during their first year. Basically, it's a very low form of fraternity hazing. Really all they have to do is pick up luggage or get breakfast for the team. But if you don't do what you're supposed to, the consequences can be drastic, as Kings rookie Jason Thompson recently found out.
Apparently Thompson hadn't been bringing fresh bagels and cream cheese to practice, so the vets stuffed his car full of popcorn.
Now, some of you may think that kind of sucks, but I choose to look at this a different way. I can eat popcorn while I drive? Hell. Yes.
