You may have heard a while back about a video game that was going to be about competitive eating called "Major League Eating: The Game." We all thought there's no way this could possibly work, and that if this game was ever released, it'd be a sign of the impending apocalypse.
Well, buckle up, because the game is being released on May 12th on the Wii and there's even a preview of the game that just got released. You can even play as superchamp Joey Chestnut.
Here's the hilarious disclaimer on the 'Major League Eating: The Game' website:
By the way, this game might not mark the end of civilization as we know it, but you can certainly see it from here.
The IFOCE, Major League Eating and Mastiff is against at-home training of any kind. We strongly discourage younger individuals from eating for speed or quantity under any circumstances. We urge all interested parties to become involved in sanctioned events -- do not try speed eating at home.
