I don't exactly watch enough hockey to make such a definitive statement, but I'm pretty certain I've never saw this before in the NHL.

Niklas Hagman of the Toronto Maple Leafs sprays ice into Marty Brodeur's face and sneaks in the decisive goal in a shootout victory of the New Jersey Devils.

I agree with With Leather in saying that as far as non-big hit, awesome fight highlights go, this was pretty damn cool.
