Two hockey posts in one morning? What's gotten into the blog?

If it wasn't for Sidney Crosby's first fight and Gordie Howe hat trick, Marian Gaborik would have been the story of the night. OK, maybe he was anyway because that's kind of a lot of goals. Wow.

I think Gaborik is just happy he's in a highlight that doesn't involved him being tossed 10 feet by Dominik Hasek.

I was there last night, and when he scored his third goal five minutes into the SECOND period, hats flew on the ice...after the fourth(and fifth!) goals, it was bedlam!! To score five(and assist on the sixth) was unbelieveable!! I'll never forget it...thank goodness, I don't need a voice to type, because I won't be talking much for a few days!! Way to go, Gabby!!

It would have been, but he got them on the Rangers, not Hasek...we play Detroit tomorrow night, if I remember my schedule right!!

1	I guess before the game on Thursday Demitra and Gaborik were watching youtube highlights of Bure five goals in the 98 olympics in Japan.
