This just made me miss all those summer basketball camps I attended growing up.

If you were ever wondering about my vigorous workout routine, here is an up close and personal video clip of how we "Warm-Up." This is just the beginning of my workout routine everyday of the summer at Eagle Church with Ed Schilling. Workouts lasted for about 2 hours and they ended with everyone drenched in sweat. The clips that you are about to check out don't show the whole drill. We go for 25 seconds on each drill and chart each one so that we can compete to see who gets the most dribbles on each drill. I currently own most of the records. When they get broken you know I'll be headin right back to try and get em back. hehe.Another reason I'm looking forward to the upcoming season. Conley is going to be a stud.
