If you have NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus), you'll be able to catch the Detroit/Columbus game. If not, you may be in one of the other markets listed above and will have a game to watch locally. You can also take advantage of the free Center Ice preview if you have a provider that offers it, and watch whichever game you want. (DirecTV Center Ice channels start at 769.)
Who are your picks to win the games? Q it up here tonight while we enjoy some great goals, saves, big hits, and maybe even a scuffle. Go Hockey!

Vladimir Tarasenko is on pace to score 144 points in this shortened season. Blues have themselves a keeper with this kid

Didn't Bob Hartley coach the Avs or someone? I recognize him. I didn't know he was with the Flames though.Edit - hah...I recognized him from both Colorado and Atlanta...didn't know he went to Calgary eons ago. Apparently the Ducks don't play Calgary enough, and I don't pay enough attention to coaching moves.

Or it may, depending on how you look at it.
(Although that means my team would have to go up against Kiprusoff. Ulk.)

all three games I've watched today have gone to a shootout.. may not bode well for the Ducks and Flames

Sometimes I wish the Ducks would adopt the Babcock philosophy again: Keep shooting the puck, and it's going to hit the net sooner or later. Ugly goals are points too.

I'd even settle for them winning in OT. So glad hockey's back.

Ack Ducks were up 3-0 and now the Flames have come back within 1. 3-2 late in the first.

I'm not sure I like that interference call on Tanguay. They need to start calling that differently, off-setting penalties or something.

I love the Preds, but dammit, I really hope they can start settling this s**t in regulation.

I don't have a vested interest in this Blues/Preds game other than the fact that I just love watching goalies and Pekka Rinne is one of the best in the biz. 2-2 game nearing the end of the first period, Blues going on the power play.
