Here's a slightly late version of Nightly Q. We'll just skip what was on the blog today and get right to the TV action. Tonight you can watch LeBron embarrass DeShawn Stevenson again and watch T-Mac continue to get his butt kicked in the first round. Or you can watch Avs/Detroit. All I know is that if anything close to this fight happens tonight, I know what I'll be watching.
Major League Baseball: New York Yankees at Chicago White Sox (WGN, 8 p.m.)
NBA: Eastern Conference quarterfinals, Game 3, Cleveland at Washington (TNT, 8 p.m.); Western Conference quarterfinals, Game 3, Houston at Utah (TNT, 10:30 p.m.)
NHL: Western Conference semifinals, Game 1, Colorado at Detroit (Versus, 7:30 p.m.)
The Wizards should do better now that Arenas is out. Butler gets way too passive when Agent Zero is around, when he should realize he's the best player on the team and take over.
I didn't watch a ton of the game, but for a non-NHL fan I would say I watched a lot of that. Fun game. I grew up with a bunch of batsh*t crazy red wings fans so I'm inclined to pay attention to the Wings, and understand the rivalry as one of my best friends is from Denver.
Also a big factor in my increasing interest in hockey is watching it in HD. Makes a HUGE difference. Good announcers tonight as well.
