With Adam "Don't Call Me Pacman" Jones no longer an NFL player (for now anyway), it seemed as if "Making it Rain" was destined to become the next "Ye-ah/O-KAY" or "Rick James, Beeeatch."
Meaning: A phrase that was awesome that suddenly became awful because white people started using it too much. Fortunately for us, Pacman is still embroiled in an investigation/legal battle over the Las Vegas shooting at a strip club where he did, in fact, make it rain.
