Pete Sampras and Roger Federer Entertain Madison Square Garden Fans For A Change

If you were walking past Madison Square Garden last night you might have been a little confused. What is this cheering noise? The crowd seems to be having a good time. That couldn't possibly be a Knicks game, is it?

Nope. A tennis match of all things. 19,690 packed the Garden to watch an exhibition match between Roger Federer and Pete Sampras, #1 and #2 all-time as far as I'm concerned. Video highlights above with bonus Veronica Vaughn cameo at the beginning. Soooo hot ....

You have to like the intros with Federer walking out in all black to Evil Empire music, while Sampras donned his typical whites to a hero's entrance.

A solid show, but you have to wonder how much was staged with Rog barely winning 6-3, 6-7 (4-7), 7-6 (8-6) after dominating early. Either way, the sport of tennis would be well advised to try as many of this matchups as possible. The sport isn't dead just yet.

One of the times your raging libido is warranted and you don't mention Billy Madison's teacher.  For shame.

I guess you don't read well.
