Best. Prank. Ever.

Brett Myers might not be the best husband in the world, but the man sure can pull of a prank. Wow.

From his agent being in on it, an actual transaction written up on Phillies stationary, and Charlie Manuel offering up advice from his time in the Far East you had to feel a little bad for Kyle Kendrick who had no choice but to believe the ridiculous scenario presented to him. Even the media was in on it, which is impressive that they were able to keep quiet.

"I wanted to cry," Kendrick said. "I'm going to call my agent and tell him he's fired. I'm pretty gullible. I trust people, maybe a little too much. I thought it was real. The itinerary was in there, the contract and everything. Then, the media was in on it, I thought, 'I guess this is happening.'"

Fine work, I can't think of a better prank that's been pulled in the sports world.

Glad Bret Myers has a sense of humor underneath that angry public street corner spouse-beating shell.

When he screamed "you got PUNKED!!!!" unnecessarily loud, I winced for his wife.

No, they can't trade with Japan.  But you can't blame the guy for falling for it when everyone was in on it, even the media.  This was a top-notch prank.
