Now, some of you may be wondering why in the hell he does this, and there is an actual reason. Moller's calls are done in conjunction with The Dan Le Batard Show, which shares a radio station with the Panthers radio play-by-play. The show and listeners provide Moller with pop culture references, and Moller then chooses what he likes and uses it during games in situations he deems appropriate. Although I'm not sure yelling Bonerama is ever really appropriate.
Most people have always assumed that Moller was copying Mike Lange, the Pittsburgh Penguins announcer. However, as random as Lange is, he still uses his calls multiple times - and they have nothing really to do with pop culture - as you'll hear below.
So who's better? I don't think it really matters. Both are guys are freakin' nuts, which I totally approve of.

I didn't say it was bad. In fact, "Get in my Belly" was great.

And this is bad how exactly? Moller's Pop cultural Tourette's is perfect for our times.

Moller is amusing, but at least some of Lange's are in context with the game. Moller just screams out random stuff.

if Moller is getting his material from other people you have to give it to Lange. Plus Lange doesn't draw ding dongs...that we know of...
