Sean Taylor will be missed by everyone around the NFL, but perhaps just a touch less by the wide receivers and running backs that had the misfortunate of running into him.
He was beast, a terrific defensive player. If I had to zone in and watch only one player each week on defense, Taylor would be near the top of my list. Here's a good compilation of all his great hits and plays.
I loved watching Sean play. He was amazing on the field, especially at da U. Its really hard to believe he's gone now. The fact that he was maturing, and making himself the perfect role model for every kid has made some mistakes, makes this story even sadder. Great football player, and becoming and an even greater man. You'll be missed Sean.
He was one of the most physically gifted safeties the game has ever seen. He had a few issues in his early career, but he had been becoming a much better person as well off of the field. It's a true shame that he died. Another pointless death in this world, a shame. RIP Sean Taylor.
Sean Taylor was coming into his own and finally got his personal life in shape. He was a tremendous athlete, and even as a Cowboys fan had a lot of admiration for the guy. This would be a tragedy regardless of who it happened too, but none the less shocking to see it happen to an athlete. It's really sad, and my heart and prayers go out to his family.
