Setanta O'hAilpin Suspended From Aussie Rules Team For Attack On Teammate Cameron Cloke
The Carlton Blues Could Probably Take Some Tips From The Yankees On Team Chemistry

Aussie Rules football has always been a little rougher than your average game of soccer. Down in Australia, they do it a bit differently. It's more violent, and a mix between rugby and soccer from what I can tell.

Their toughness and aggression even seems to extend into their practices. The Carlton Blues were having a little scrimmage between teammates, and a couple players took it a little too far. Setanta O'hAilpin and Cameron Cloke got into a fight, with O'hAilpin definitely getting the better of it. Not only did he deliver what looked like a knockout punch, but he also kicked Cloke when he was already laying face down on the pitch.

A classy move, no doubt, and one that got him kicked out of that particular practice, as well as an indefinite suspension while the league investigates the incident.

Think football is violent here? Then you might not want to discover Aussie Rules. They're delightfully crazy over there.

It takes a special breed of guys to want to play Aussie Rules Football.  To me this looks like the AFL version of an NFL training camp fight after the same guys go at it day after day after day.

Talk about kicking a guy while he's down. Squared up and planted in the junk. Cheapshot.

I play Aussie Rules. But O'hAilpin is useless anyway & I won't be suprised if he gets delisted at the end of the season. Looks like Carlton's experiment with Irish imports failed - his brothers got delisted last year.
Also, the #32 for Collingwood in the video is Cameron Cloke's brother - Travis.

I'm a forth generation supporter of this club and the actions taking by O'hAilpin were just plain despicable and way over the top, the AFL should not just indefinitely suspend him but kick him out of the league all together. That said AFL plays are probably the toughest guys out there
