In the words of Ian Eagle, "It is officially March." From a Gus Johnson aided Georgetown-Marquette thriller, to Tyrese Rice dropping 34 in one half, and Texas Tech stunning #5 Texas you couldn't have asked for a more auspicious start to March. Today's slate can't be expected to compete with that, but some solid games await.

Kentucky at #1 Tennessee - 12, CBS
#12 Indiana at #15 Michigan State - 2, CBS
#4 UCLA at Arizona - 4, CBS
Villanova at #18 Louisville - 4, CBS

And an NBA Double-header to boot ...

Bulls at Cavs - 1, ABC
Mavs at Lakers - 3:30, ABC

Kentucky beat Tennessee earlier this year, and stayed in this game until the very end. IMO, Tennessee should not be in the top 5 after today.

As you've probably figured out by now, I'm not a big fan of this Tennessee. Granted, they've had big wins, but they'll be the first highly seeded team to lose in March.
