Terrell Owens Injury: "High Ankle Sprain" In Very Familiar Way Against Panthers

They're calling it a "high ankle sprain" in Dallas, but that was initial response last time Terrell Owens went down in Philadelphia. High ankle sprain is was not. Cowboys fans will be asking Santa Claus for a healthy MRI today.
"I'm a little sore and in a little pain," Owens said. "I've been through this before. God is good. It definitely could have been worse. I will have an MRI done (Sunday) and we'll go day to day."
The way TO went down is just so freakishly similar to his last major ankle injury that kept him out for significant time.

Haha its lookin EXACTLY like in philadelphia.

1. Eagles were the #1 seed in the NFC...Dallas is the number 1 seed
2. Eagles played New England in the SB... Dallas is the top picked team to go to the SB and NE is the favorite to play them.
3. T.O. got pissed at McNabb after they lost the SB... T.O. is already showing signs of gettin pissed at Romo

T.O. is gunna ask for more money next year...and if he doesnt get it...you can add Dallas as a 3rd team to the list of team Terrell Owens has ruined.

Well, my thoughts when he went down were:

" If he is going to start making Romo look bad ( which I think he did with Bledsoe- dropping passes etc), and he is going to start making an A$$ out of himself on the sidelines and well, start being TO, I say the injury could not have happened at a better time!"

Our prayers are with you TO- get well soon!!!! ( when is he a free agent???)

#1 and #2 are correct, but TO pissed at Romo???  That's just plain poppycock.  Have you not watched a Cowboys game this season or seen a Owens interview??  Owens has never been happier because he's finally been used as the playmaker he is.  If Garrett keeps him in the gameplan (he's a Princeton grad, so I think he's smart enough to figure that out), Owens will be happy in Big D for a long time.  And, I'm pretty sure Jerry Jones can afford to pay him more, so I'm not too worried about that either.

Fallacy number 1- T.O. didn't ruin Bledsoe, Bledsoe throwing to the other team more times than he did touch down passes killed Bledsoe.  Also, was it really such a bad thing Bledsoe was pulled for Romo?

Fallacy number 2- T.O. isn't angry at Romo.  I don't know where people get their news, but this hasn't even been up for debate.  The only thing that was talked about was his comments on Jessica Simpson, and we should all at least know this was a joke.  (Otherwise he wouldn't have apologized afterwards.)

The last thing isn't really a fallacy, it's more speculation than anything.  No one knows what Owens will say or do next season.  My guess it probably won't be anything.  I also don't give him all the credit for destroying the Eagles, as McNabb was injured all season.  The 49ers are still a mess, did T.O. really cause that much damage?  I doubt it.  They are in a rebuilding phase.  Could Owens regress back to the old Owens?  Certainly, but until he does I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.  He knows this could be the last team he'll be on.

Actually, Bledsoe ruined Bledsoe by not keeping his mouth shut about his OL. He made some remark about poor protection, and so they gave him none. And, I find it quite interesting that when TO is mad at a QB, he drops alot of passes, and then yells at the QB as if it was their fault ( even when it hits him in the numbers!)

I may have missed that comment from Bledsoe, probably not a smart thing to say.  Either way it goes though we can at least agree that Bledsoe being pulled was on Bledsoe.

As for T.O. dropping passes, that has actually been a problem he has had since joining the league.  He may drop more if he isn't happy with his QB, but I really don't have enough to go on to prove or disprove that statement.
