Tiger Woods Was Among Those Celebrating At Barack Obama's We Are One Concert
Tiger Woods was one of many celebrities who showed up for the "We Are One" concert at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC in celebration of Barack Obama's inauguration, which will take place tomorrow. Woods spoke briefly about the military history in his family, and the values that it helped shape in his life.
Woods introduced the US Naval Glee Club, and looked like he would be a little more comfortable sinking a 40-foot putt to win the Master's than he would be speaking in front of a large group of people. All in all, though, he did relatively well. This is the first time that Woods has really stepped out into the forefront in anything related to politics, and he has made it no secret that he's excited about the incoming president.
