I guess this isn't really a timeout, since it does have a sports angle to it, but it's also completely ridiculous.

Thanks to The Sporting Blog, we get news that Charles Barkley is now featured in a role-playing game called Barkley Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden.

It's seemingly a combination of Barkley's old Shut Up and Jam video game and Ninja Gaiden. Although Ninja Gaiden was a scroller game, not a role-playing game, but whatever.

Barkley is battling the terrorist organization B.L.O.O.D.M.O.S.E.S., which has taken basketball away from the world. And get this, Michael Jordan is a bad guy.
