USC Song Girls Practice With USC Safety Taylor Mays
NCAAF, Taylor Mays

If You're Wondering Why Taylor Mays Turned Down Millions For Another Year At USC, Here's Your Answer.

It's been too long since our last post about the lovely USC Song Girls. Thankfully, USC safety Taylor Mays came to the rescue, and gave us another excuse to talk about them... including a stellar video that Mays made with teammate Damian Williams.

A lot of people had Mays listed as a potential top 10 pick in the NFL Draft, if he had chosen to declare himself eligible in 2009. Mays decided to stay at USC for another year, to the dismay of the other Pac-10 schools, as well as NFL teams at the top of the last draft who might have needed an elite hard-hitting safety.

After seeing this video, Taylor's reasons for waiting another year for his multi-million dollar contract become rather obvious. Then again, we should have known this a while ago, really. Why would anyone want to leave, when you could hang out with these lovely ladies for another season? USC is basically a pro team anyway, right?

Pete Carroll joins Joe Pa and Bobby Bowden as one of the best football coaches in the NCAA; Oh I almost forgot Steve Spurrier and Jim Tressell.
Oh btw  all college sports female cheerleaders look way way way better in their bikinis than their uniforms in my opinion

Pretty sure NFL players get as much tail as they want.  But I see your point....being the BMOC has a certain appeal you'll never have in the pro ranks.

Nothing beats the tail in Cincinnati! I'm sure it's way better than LA.

And these guys crushed my Nittany Lions... not the girls, the guys, though from the way PSU's defense played, the girls could have scored at least a couple TDs.

If I recall correctly, Leinart took ballroom dancing his senior year.  U$C is a good school, but their football graduation rate is only 57%....pathetic.

Well... if nothing else, that would explain an awful lot about Leinart.

Judging by this video football players do not have to take any English, or speaking classes. I can only imagine what fun the English Professors have reading one of his papers. "Day, dem, yo", are common words to replace they, them, and your, just for starters.

Considering he'd have to take a pay cut if he entered the draft, it was definitely a wise decision to return to U$C.  The song girls are just an added bonus...not to mention Rey Maualuga and Steroids Cushing already railed them anyways.
