Shockingly, we've already entered this portion of the calendar. It's time to do that year in review sort of thing, so over the final days of 2007 we'll be looking back on the top sports events as highlighted by FanIQ. Since I'm hardly a wordsmith, you'll notice this amount to a video recap ...

I was planning to go through these videos in sequential order but I can't think of any better way to begin my holiday weekend (OK, I can, that comes next, rhymes with Bilson) by reminiscing Notre Dame football's follies. Particular those of Jimmy Clausen who picked up his first of four almost Heisman's.

The good news for Notre Dame this bowl season is that at least they won't lose another one. The bad news for us is that's we have to wait another 9 months to hear Charlie Weis deflect blame after another humiliating loss.
