Videos from yesterday's fight between West Ham United and Columbus Crew fans have finally made their way to Youtube. In the first video, a West Ham fan gets put into a chokehold by a security guard as other fans push and yell around them. Cool.

Below, fans fight in the stands. The number of people battling was indeed greatly exaggerated, but that's okay. Rome wasn't destroyed by rioting in a day. American soccer fans will get better with time.

Just be sure to call me when we get to motor scooter tossing. Then I'll know we've made it.

How moronic is it for West Ham to walk through the stands to the dressing room(?). If they were around the Little Sisters of the Poor, there would be some tension. In a more serious note, my Brother-In-Law and Sister went to Columbus for a wedding and were not impressed by the scenery. This fight will not help its image. Maybe they're getting cranked up for Blue Jackets hockey a little early this year!!!
