Candace Parker became the 2nd player ever to dunk in a WNBA game. She "threw it down" with 29 seconds left in a game on Sunday against the WNBA team from Indiana. Parker joins teammate Lisa Leslie as the only two players to ever dunk in a WNBA game.  Granted the dunk looked like something I, a 6' white kid, did in high school, but as I said back then a "dunk is a dunk." You may now go back to ignoring the WNBA.

That was actually legit.  Lisa Leslie's "dunk" was a joke.  I'll now resume to not caring about the WNBA.

It was more so for the rarity of it happening in the WNBA. It still is pretty neat to see a girl dunk it. I am as big of a fan of basketball as there can be and the WNBA just isn't as good of a brand of basketball.

Why does it matter if she dunked?  It's sad if the only thing anyone will look at is a dunk, those people aren't real fans of basketball if all they care about is the dunk.
