Sharks looked like they were going to have yet another win at home against the Wild on Thursday, March 5th, starting off with a 3-0 deficit. However, in the 2nd period Mikko Koivu and Pierre-Marc Bouchard had a couple quick goals for the Wild. With 7:37 minutes left in regulation, the goal that the Shark fans and players, especially Goalie Brian Boucher, will remember is the tying goal by Marek Zidlicky.
Zidlicky , looking to do a line change, backhanded the puck down the ice from just past the center line, then headed to the bench. However before making it to the bench, Zidlicky suddenly heard moans from the crowd and his bench saying "We scored!".
Brian Boucher was caught off guard from the bounce of the puck from Zidlicky's backhanded shot, then missed it with his glove as it slid right between his legs into the goal tying the game at 3-3, sending it into OT.
The Wild won in OT with a goal by Mikko Koivu.

Yeah, the Sharks have seemed to hit the wall already... they need to get it turned around pretty soon if they don't want a repeat of years past.
