There are many other things that he has done to make him a great QB. Ben Roethlisberger, on the other hand, lacks those many other things... which is why he isn't a great QB. You getting it yet?

Yankees are going to go back to back unless the Cards stop them.

I never said he's the best QB in the NFL.  Let's get that squared away right now, and drop it.  I simply say he's better than you give him credit for.  You acted like an NFL QB throwing for over 500 yards was nothing, but go look in the history books and you'll see that it IS.  That's why I wrote the article yesterday about the game.  Do YOU get it yet?  If Brady ever has a 500-yard game I'll play it off like it was nothing too, just like you did with Roethlisberger's 503 yards yesterday, and you'll have to tolerate it since I had to put up with your rebuttals downplaying what Big Ben did.  My article was not about how Big Ben is an elite QB, rather setting team records in 14 games and doing something that is very rare in the NFL.  Capish?

For a team that has always been run-first, this is certainly newsworthy regardless of your opinion, no QB in the NFL has thrown for 500 this year.  Besides, if you can put up an article on the front page about how he's so mediocre, I can just as easily write one when he throws for more yards in a game than any QB in 2009.

Why not, go ahead and score a TD on us Green Bay. We would have lost with that or a FG either way.

12/20/09   |   kramer   |   11004 respect

Steelers must've said "here Packers, we don't care about winning, go ahead and leave here with your victory."

Touchdown Packers WTF the Steelers defense is just awful.

12/20/09   |   Joe_L   |   12371 respect

Pittsburgh with a stupid onside kick, illegal touch by Pittsburgh. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. Packers ball on the 39

12/20/09   |   kramer   |   11004 respect

Jesus H Christ, Ike Taylor didn't let the ball go 10 yards on the onside kick...WHY?!?!?!?!  Are the Steelers TRYING to lose this game?!  Don't answer that, we ALL know the answer is "yes."

12/20/09   |   kramer   |   11004 respect

Reed makes the FG, but still way way way too much time for the Packers since the Steelers have shown they don't know how to play defense in the last 15 minutes of every game.

12/20/09   |   Joe_L   |   12371 respect

Jeff Reed to come on with a 43 yard field goal. And its good Steelers back on top 30-28.

12/20/09   |   kramer   |   11004 respect

Reed on for a long FG try from 43, a miss and the game's over right here...obviously.

No there are actually playing pretty good, just Ben holding on to the ball to long and a couple of plays the offensive line decided they would take the play off and rest.

Amazing that the Falcons defense of all thing kept us in the game, and ultimately let us get a much needed win in New York.
