P.J. Fleck is entering his first season as the coach for Western Michigan. At 32 years old, he is the youngest to do so at the Division-1A collegiate level.Blog Photo - Western Michigan Football: P.J. Fleck releases inspirational video

He has been a wide receivers coach for Northern Illinois, Rutgers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since his graduate assistant days in 2006. But don't let his inexperience fool you—he was born ready to seize this position.

And from watching this 11-minute video, you'd think he'd been in the business for decades.

If this is what he sells to his recruits, it's no wonder why the Broncos currently own the MAC's No. 1 class for 2014. They lead the conference with eight three-star prospects, including the nation's No. 24 overall Pro-Style quarterback.

Western Michigan finished 4-8 (2-6 MAC West) last year.
