Then why do you watch?

The 'E' stands for Eastern Elitists, which is what they are! From watching them, you would never know there was major league baseball further west than Cleveland. I am soooooooo sick of every story on ESPN being about the Red Sox and the Yankees! Im from Chicago, I dont give a shit about what A-Rod does with his off days! And the only reason they mention the Cubs at all is because of Lou Piniella, a former YANKEE! And I think most of the reporters are clowns.

What do you expect them to do? I just don't get people's expectations for ESPN. They have no obligation for fairness only to interesting.

It's not who they cover as much as how they cover those teams. They gush over how important they are and speak of them in every other sentence. If I have to hear Dickie V breathless speak about Duke or North Carolina, I'm going to shoot myself. (I will give you Tiger Woods, though)

Hey, if they wanted to give some press to Neil "The Driver" Callaway, that would work for me. I'm not holding my breath on that one, though.

Who should they cover? Neal Calloway (UAB), North Texas Football, Royals-Mariners, Detroit Lions, Thunder-Wizards, Jon Kitna, & really...what other golfer should they cover?

Do you know what the 'E' stands for in ESPN?

That G commercial is hilarious!!!!

I hate how ESPN has this collective love affair with certain teams and players. That is all you hear about. Here are some of ESPN's loves: USC Football (Pete Carroll), Notre Dame Football, Yankees-Red Sox, Dallas Cowboys, Celtics-Lakers, Brett Favre, and Tiger Woods.

I could take ESPN more seriously if they quit showing poker and calling it a sport. Cover REAL sports instead, please???

How about how ESPN only really covers about 4 teams in each sport...

I thinks it's dumb
