Welcome to another full Saturday of college football. I won't lie. Most of the afternoon matchups sound don't that exciting. However, once night falls, things get interesting very quickly. The big game of the week is Nebraska's first ever conference game in the Big Ten. Unfortunately for the Cornhuskers, the Big Ten hasn't made it easy for them, sending them to Wisconsin. The Badgers offense under new quarterback Russell Wilson has looked unstoppable so far this year, but against weak competition. The winner of this game becomes the Big Ten favorite, and don't be surprised if these teams have a rematch in the Big Ten title game. Also tonight we have Alabama-Florida, as Will Muschamp and the Gators get their shot to unseat the potentially juggernaut Crimson Tide. Clemson and Virginia Tech, meanwhile, will battle for the top dog spot in the ACC. Here's today full schedule of important games today.
12:00 PM: (14) Texas A&M vs. (18) Arkansas (ESPN)
12:00 PM: Mississippi State at Georgia (ESPN3)

As someone smart on Twitter said, "Only Stephen Garcia could hold Alshon Jeffery and Marcus Lattimore to 13 points."

Ohio State scored 7 points today at home. It makes me feel better about Penn State's abject crappiness. First to 9 wins the PSU-OSU game this year.

Can't be too surprised about South Carolina losing to a mediocre Auburn team t home.. They were not a top 10 team

So far, number 15 Baylor and now number 10 South Carolina have fallen today. Add number 20 TCU, just lost to SMU in OT 40-33.

After the Auburn TD, one of the announcers said that "(South Carolina)'s got to count on Stephen Garcia."
In other words, the 'Cocks are boned.

For a 5th year senior, Garcia makes the same mistakes a true freshman would.

I know it's not on the list of "important games" but I just enjoyed a fun game between my Cougs and Colorado. Wazzu came from behind with less than 2 minutes left to take the lead, and then recovered a Colorado fumble on their last drive to win the game. I heart FSN.

Navy with an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty? Sportswriter that love pablum columns about the service academies are confused right now.

Penn State survives Indiana 16-10. They have got to be the worst 4-1 team in the nation. I wouldn't favor them in any of the rest of their games except Purdue.

Penn State's offense might have finally hit its nadir. Currently tied at 3 with Indiana late in the half.
