Who The STL CARDS Should Target This Offseason

Here is who I think the Cards should target this offseason in order of importance:

Closer  Brian Fuentes
This is the biggest need the Cards have.  We were in the bottom five in blown saves last year.  Chris Perez isn't ready yet, though he may make an excellent set up man next season.  F-Rod is going to be too expensive, Fuentes has put up great numbers at a high altitude, I think we'd get more bang for the buck with him.
2B  Orlando Hudson
I think Orlando would represent a big upgrade at 2B.  He will come w/ a price tag, but he is the best available free agent & there aren't any good second basemen available through a trade.
SS  Edgar Renteria
Edgar is coming off a poor year and I think he could be signed at a reasonable salary.  He's still got some life/bat left.
Utility  Felipe Lopez
We should bring this former all star back as a utility player.  He can play both middle infield positions and can back up on the corners if needed.  He played really well for us last season and I think resigning him should be a priority, especially if we don't get either of the previous two players
SP  John Garland
This is if we aren't able to pull off some sort of trade to get a better starting pitcher.  We should do this as insurance against Carp's injuries and/or a drop off in Kyle Lohse's production
Reliever  Eddie Guardado
Dependable and can pitch everyday.

If I was Moziliak these are the moves I'd be making, with them I think the Cards could reclaim the central division.  What do you guys think?
