No sports today just a random though. First, if you're one of those parents who named your kid something that sounds like a character off of The Lord of The Rings then stop reading because you're going to get mad at me.
Ok I am 26. My beautiful wife and I were blessed almost two years ago with an amazing baby boy. Of course we start trying to pick names and didn't agree on a boys name until she was 6 months along. Kade Andrew was named because we couldn't agree on a first name and Andrew is my best friend's name. I know Kade isn't an extremely common name but it's not out there either.
On point, why do people feel it is necessary to name their kids bizarre names. A friend I went to college with named her daughter Mada Rain. Mada? Also one of my closest friends named their daughters Araya and Kaya. Now those aren't TOO weird but what the hell happened to Sarah or Jessica.
This last one takes the cake. My cousin had a little boy about 4 years ago and decided that of all the names out there that Ocean would be what he was called.
Can you imagine what the teachers are going to go through? A set of twins from my home town are named, orangejello and lemongello. Their names are pronounced Orangallo and Lamongallo.
I am losing faith in humanity.
