A UFC 100 main-card bout between Michael Bisping and Dan Henderson, who are coaches on the currently airing ninth season of "The Ultimate Fighter," will earn the winner a middleweight title shot.

That's according to the Manchester Evening News, which cited a "UFC spokesperson" who confirmed the plans.

If Bisping, a U.K. fighter, emerges victorious, his title shot against current champ Anderson Silva will come in Manchester, England, according to the official.

Silva has obviously already fought Henderson, winning via submission in the 2nd round impressively. With Michael Bisping, you get a a new middleweight division fighter with a decent resume quickly building. He lost a split decision to Rashad Evans, and won two close decisions to Leben and Hamill both on England soil. What are your thoughts on Silva's belt and potential challengers?

All of these guys have dabbled at Middleweight and at Light Heavyweight, but I'm assuming this fight would be at Middleweight since it is being deemed a title shot. If either one can give anything more than Thales Laites, I'm all for it, and based on their styles and histories, I know that they would. What makes this a little odd is the constant shuffling between weight classes for Anderson Silva. Sure he is the best P4P guy out there, but all of this jumping around has got to wear him down just a bit. And what if he loses to Forrest? Obviously that is at Light Heavyweight, but we will have to wait and see.

0	I still don't think there is anyone out there that can defeat Spider except for maybe GSP, but Dana White keeps making me only hope for that matchup!

You just wait. Forrest is growing into one of the best gameplan fighter's in the UFC and will give every fight all that he has got. UFC 101 should be a great show, and the somewhat odd matchup between the two will have very important implications on the Light Heavyweight class.

2	bisping is a total fraud. i've lost all respect and interest in him when he won the fight vs. matt hamill. hamill OWNED bisping from the very start, for every round, but bisping was awarded the victory. rigged much?

ok lets get this s*** strait. if you watched the fight between hendo and silva you would see that Dan was dominating at the end of the 1st round then in the second round he went to pieces due to his lack of ability to keep up with silva's stamina endurance speed and attacks. i think if hendo has another shot he could pull it off.
on the subject of who will win the UFC 100 bout between Dan and Bisping it will be Dan of course. he is tired of Bisping's s*** that he has been dishing him out thoughout The Ultimate Fighter U.S. vs. UK season. plus henderson is an all around better and smarter fighter.

0	Hendo has a much better chance then Bisping at beating Silva. It is about matchups and Bisping is similar to Silva in his game just not as good and Silva definently has the advantage on the ground. Hendo on the other hand can take Silva down and control him and has the much better shot even with a loss to Silva already.
