Detailed Instructions for MySpace

1. Select & Copy the code in the box. (Right click and choose Copy or hit CTRL-C)
2. On your MySpace homepage, click Edit Profile.
3. Select Edit under any section you want (most people choose "About Me")
4. Paste the code into the textbox. (Right click and choose Paste or hit CTRL-V)
5. Click Preview
6. If everything looks OK, click Submit
7. You did it! Whenever you answer polls, your stats and answers will update automatically!

Detailed Instructions for Xanga

1. Select & Copy the code in the box. (Right click and choose Copy or hit CTRL-C)
2. On your Xanga homepage, click "New Weblog Entry".
3. Give the entry a title. ("My latest movie ratings" maybe?)
4. Click the Edit HTML checkbox
5. Paste the code into the big textbox. (Right click and choose Paste or hit CTRL-V)
6. Click Submit at the bottom.
7. You did it! Whenever you answer polls, your stats and answers will update automatically!

Detailed Instructions for Friendster

1. Select & Copy the code in the box. (Right click and choose Copy or hit CTRL-C)
2. On your Friendster homepage, click Edit Profile.
3. Select the “Customize” tab
4. Paste the code into the box labeled “Add music and video” (Right click and choose Paste or hit CTRL-V)
5. Click Save
