The defense did play well.... for 3 quarters. However, when the 49ers needed a big play to save them, it wasn't the defense that made that happen. Alex Smith and Vernon Davis made the plays to help the 49ers escape with the win

Wait a second...what? Drew Brees was never enough this season?? Ok Saints lost and his interceptions contributed to the turnover problem in this game but to say he was never enough when he (along with the rest of the team) came back from a 17-0 deficit....now that's absurd! Despite our lost, what was exposed was the tenacity of the Saints despite the obstacles created by SF and the Saints themselves.....and to come back after 5 turnovers and take the lead at some point and score 32 pts., I think SF defense is making some serious adjustments right now. SF won, u get ur props but it is absolutely crazy to say DB was never enough.

Yes it was a good game. Some just don't want to give the Niners the respect they deserve. I say this however bad they think we played. WE WON!

Say it again cause they saw the same game we did and they still on that same old song how many mistakes we made. Fact Saints didn't capitalize on it so how good are they if that's how you want to look at it cause in the end they lost and the Niners won! Now it was a good game and? The best team won. Deal with it. Niners wanted it been a long time and they didn't stop until game was over and victory was theirs!

I think it's odd that the fans some anyway can't except the fact that the niners won, if the shoe was on the other foot it would be different. Niners have come along way and deserve credit for what they have accomplished. Can people just give them that!?!

But the defense played well enough to keep Drew Brees and the saints' offense from scoring up to 40 points or more points and they raked in 5 Turnovers... The 49ers' passing game still needs improvement, I have to admit. The Saints' defense hurt Orleans' chances of making the super bowl this year... I never said the 49ers are super bowl contenders... They are still an up and coming team...

But the last thing we all witness was the crumbling and horrible display of the saints defense when their fans and teamates needed them the most. Saints could have had that game but they let it slip away. They got a little content and relax within them few seconds and BOOM! San fran Exploited them.....Guess San fran Thought "How We Start it Is How We are going to end It"......On top....smh
