Defense played lights out in the 2nd half holding the Red Wolves to about 80 yards total for the half. I still think the refs got the call wrong on the "fumbled punt" that allegedly touched Abdullah's foot and led to 3 points.

I think the Redwolves will come out and hit hard early, but the lack of depth on both sides of the ball will eventually take its tol

I think the Redwolves will give a great effort, but with losing so many starting defenders to graduation and a depleted offensive line, the Huskers will wake up and glide to victory early and often.

This may be an opportunity to see the depth chart in action. Hopefully the coaching staff don't feel a need to keep the scrubs off the field forever. Of course one never knows, especiallly if State has an offense.
